Through the 2024 Health Equity Innovation Fund, Genentech is seeking to fund teams focused on measurably and sustainably closing racial/ethnic inequities in healthcare. Genentech aims to create a future where a) all patients – especially those marginalized by our healthcare system – define and attain their highest levels of health supported by a system that is accountable for delivering high-quality competent care, and b) the medical/scientific workforce is diverse, inclusive, thriving and accountable to all patients.
