Arnold Ventures’s Cell Phone Policies in K-12 Schools is an RFP that seeks to support rigorous, causal research on the academic, behavioral, and mental health impacts of cell phone policies in K-12 schools in the United States. The program studies that generate actionable insights for policymakers, as well as school and district leaders, who are deciding whether and how to implement or refine such policies.
