Stranahan Foundation’s Early Childhood Education Proven PD + Innovation focuses on increasing access to high-quality early care and education for low-income children by investing in developing and retaining a thriving early educator workforce. Eligible applicants must have a track record of providing professional development for early childhood professionals. This funder will support the following areas: 1) Affordable and scalable instructional coaching models; 2) Leadership development and retention models; 3) Network or community-wide substitute or floater teacher pools; 4) Reinvestment funding for recent Stranahan grantees. OFR Contact: Mike McMahon.
